Sit back and relax in our cozy, rustic dining room, after a long day of skiing, or an adventurous hike on our trails. You’ll feel yourself relaxing as you enjoy the smell of baking bread and freshly made desserts, just out of the oven. Every meal is created from scratch with fresh salads, herbs and vegetables from our organic garden.
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast, made up of a wide variety of options such as french toast, cereals, hot or cold, fruit, and eggs from our very own farm. Enjoy an aromatic cup of coffee and our own maple syrup drizzled over Peter’s pancakes.
We serve a full four-course meal every evening, with two different menu options, which change daily. Our guests always enjoy our outstanding soups, which are never the same twice. Our meals are well-balanced, with fresh vegetables and salads picked from our garden daily. Swiss-style dishes are a common fare. Even if you cannot pronounce "Geschnetzeltes" you will probably ask for "seconds" after having tasted this gourmet delight. We use veal steak cut into small pieces, served in a mushroom-cream sauce to which a splash of white wine is added.
